A) Pricing & Payment

B) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Since we use print-on-demand fulfillment, all products are made after you place an order.

C) Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it enters production immediately.
  • If you made an error, contact us within 1 hour at support@ironywardrobe.com. We will try to assist you, but changes are not guaranteed.

  • Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout.
  • Irony Wardrobe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

📌 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

  • Printful, our fulfillment provider, will review and provide a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
  • In special cases, we may compensate you with a 5% to 15% discount on your next order.
