All our products areย made to order at Irony Wardrobe, so we do not keep inventory or resell returned items. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the order. However, we strive to provide the best experience possible, and we will always work with you to find a fair solution if any issues arise.

If you receive a defective, misprinted, or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

Irony Wardrobe covers the cost of:

  • Printing defects (blurry prints, misalignment, incorrect colors, etc.).
  • Damaged items (ripped fabric, stains, broken items, etc.).
  • Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or product sent).
  • Lost orders (if the tracking shows no delivery after 4 weeks).

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact us at support@ironywardrobe.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
  • We will review your claim about the print defects and will decide if approve or not.
  • Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
