At Irony Wardrobe, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Below are the details of our shipping policies, including order processing, estimated delivery times, and important considerations.


📌 Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • All orders are made-to-order and require 2 to 5 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Processing times may vary due to high demand, stock availability, or order verification.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

📌 Important: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The total time to receive your order = Processing Time + Shipping Time.


📌 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Irony Wardrobe offers the following shipping options at checkout:

📌 Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time.

🚛 Potential Delays: Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance (for future international shipping), or high order volumes.


📌 Peak Season & Holiday Delays

During high-demand periods (holidays, major sales, or promotional events), processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to avoid possible delays.


📌 Shipping Destinations

Currently, Irony Wardrobe ships exclusively within the United States.

📌 International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand in the future.


📌 Delivery Time Disclaimer

📌 Important Notice About Delivery Times
All delivery time estimates provided at checkout are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

🚛 Delivery times may change due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Increased demand during peak seasons

📌 Customers are responsible for reviewing estimated delivery times before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Irony Wardrobe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


📌 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system.

📩 If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us at support@ironywardrobe.com.


📌 Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they are in production.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@ironywardrobe.com immediately. While we will try to help, address changes are not guaranteed.

📌 Irony Wardrobe is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


📌 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Irony Wardrobe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

🔹 If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it:
✔️ Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
✔️ Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual arrival.
✔️ Contact the shipping carrier directly for further details.

🔹 If your package is stuck in transit for more than 15 business days:
✔️ Contact support@ironywardrobe.com and we will assist in tracking your order.
✔️ Resolutions (such as reshipment) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


📌 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • If the package is returned and the customer does not respond within 7 days, a refund will be processed (minus original shipping costs).

📌 Shipping Delays & Refunds

🚫 We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or peak season demand.

✅ However, if an order exceeds 30 business days in transit, refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case.

📌 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (Special Considerations)

At Irony Wardrobe, we understand that delays and unexpected issues may occur. While we do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors, we may offer a discount of 5% to 15% on your next order in the following special cases:

✔️ If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated shipping time (over 15 business days in transit).
✔️ If your package encounters carrier issues that are out of our control but cause inconvenience to your order.
✔️ If you are dissatisfied due to an unexpected issue related to shipping.
